An outstanding research record and an international reputation within the field are required, with the ability to provide academic and research leadership and experience of and a commitment to high quality teaching.
Collaboration with the Science Learning Centre East Midlands which is based at the School of Education, has established Leicester as a national and international centre of excellence. Candidates should be able to enhance this reputation still further and provide leadership for the Science Education team.
